Our Forest School & Outdoor Learning Services
At Wavy Woods Forest and Beach School, we help young people connect with nature in a fun and hands-on way. We want every learner to leave our sessions a little bit more in awe of the natural world!
Our outdoor sessions are all about exploration and discovery - think forest foraging, beachcombing, tree climbing, and making art from natural treasures.
We prioritise safe play whilst offering tons of educational experiences around bushcraft, campfire cooking, tool use and of course learning about plant, animal and marine life through the seasons and how to protect our beautiful planet.
Our afterschool programs at local schools get children breathing fresh air, feeling the earth, and moving their bodies after a long day in the classroom. Plus, we also throw really special birthday parties that won’t cost the earth (sorry couldn’t resist).
Adventure Sessions
£10-15 per child depending on session type/ length
Theses are generally 1-2 hours in the Forest or Beach.
e.g. Parent & Tot/ Family Sessions/ Bushcraft etc.
Afterschool
£5 per child
1 hour afterschool, as per school arrangement.
(Parents -please contact us or your school to check if they are participating)
Birthday Parties
£12.50 per child for 2 hour session.
Who doesn’t want a birthday full of bugs, mud, exploring, games and campfire cooking??
Various locations available & tailored for age.
(Min 12 children, max 16)
